Minnie on the Caboose
Minnie Mouse
From Classic Disney characters
Minnie Mouse has shared the spotlight with Mickey since 1928, and in Disney's holiday stories she is usually the one making sure the tree is decorated and the gifts are wrapped.
On this gold coin Minnie, in a red and green holiday outfit and bow, rides the caboose at the back of the train, loaded with wrapped presents and a decorated Christmas tree. Colored Christmas lights circle the design. The back has Sleeping Beauty Castle in holiday garland and snowflakes with the word “Disneyland.”
