Rocket & Groot

Rocket is a genetically modified raccoon with a gift for engineering and an even bigger attitude, and Groot is his tree-like partner and closest friend, who can only say 'I am Groot.' The pair are bounty hunters when they first cross paths with Peter Quill, and their friendship is the emotional heart of the team.

This gold coin puts Rocket and Groot together, as they so often are on screen; published reports don't describe the exact pose. Its reverse carries the embossed Guardians of the Galaxy wordmark, matching the other coins in the Treasures of Xandar set.
