Queen of Hearts
Queen of Hearts
From Alice in Wonderland (1951)
The Queen of Hearts rules Wonderland with a short temper and a single answer to every problem: 'Off with their heads!' In Alice in Wonderland (1951) she plays croquet with flamingos and hedgehogs, commands an army of playing cards and puts Alice on trial, while her tiny husband, the King, does his best to keep up.
This silver medallion features the Queen of Hearts with a background and border chosen to suit her. The back shows the 75th anniversary design shared across the set.
