Studio Store (The Magic of Disney Animation)

Once Upon a Studio is the short film made for Disney's 100th anniversary, in which characters from across the studio's history step out of the framed artwork in the Walt Disney Animation Studios building and gather for a group photo. Mickey and Minnie play a central part, reuniting the century of characters around them.

This coin's Mickey and Minnie design is drawn from that short. It is part of a set released for The Magic of Disney Animation, and its reverse carries the attraction's wordmark. The set has two gold and two silver coins, though reports don't say which is which.

Stitch, also known as Experiment 626, is the small blue alien who crash-lands in Hawaii and is adopted by a girl named Lilo. Built for destruction, he slowly learns the meaning of family through Lilo and her older sister Nani. Lilo & Stitch was largely produced at Disney's animation studio in Florida, which once operated inside this very park.

Stitch's coin is part of The Magic of Disney Animation set; reports don't describe the front artwork in detail. The reverse shows the attraction's wordmark. The set includes two gold and two silver coins.

The Genie is the shape-shifting, wisecracking spirit of the lamp in Aladdin, voiced by Robin Williams. Freed from the Cave of Wonders by Aladdin, he grants three wishes while becoming a true friend, and Aladdin's promise to use his last wish to set Genie free is the heart of the film.

The Genie coin is one of four sold in the Studio Store for The Magic of Disney Animation. Published reports don't describe its front design. The reverse carries the attraction's wordmark, and the set is split between two gold and two silver coins.

Ariel is the mermaid princess who dreams of the world above the sea, and Flounder is her timid but loyal best friend, a brightly colored tropical fish who follows her on every adventure, from shipwreck treasure hunts to her trip to the surface. Their friendship is one of the film's sweetest threads.

This coin pairs the two friends as part of The Magic of Disney Animation set. Reports don't describe the front artwork in detail. The reverse shows the attraction's wordmark, and the set comes in two gold and two silver finishes.
