The Disney medallion machine at Emporium, Magic Kingdom
Where it was first seen

This is a fill-in set. It has no machine of its own: it goes into a machine when that machine’s own coins sell out, and comes out again when they’re restocked.

A Christmas set now fills the medallion machine toward the back of the Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A., in place of the Tinker Bell, Pals & Pirates designs. Mickey and his friends gather around a Christmas tree, Jack and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas share a coin, Pooh and Tigger head out in the snow, and Stitch dresses as Santa for a “Merry Stitchmas.”

The Mickey and Pooh coins are silver and share a back with Cinderella Castle in a holly and candy-cane wreath. Stitch is gold with a gold version of that back, and Jack and Sally have a dark finish with the film's title on the back.

Seasonal set in the Emporium back machine, replacing set 86 (Tinker Bell, Pals & Pirates). Photos supplied by the site owner, Nov 1, 2026. Pairing of the two silver backs with the Mickey and Pooh fronts is a guess; both look the same.

Mickey & Friends Christmas Tree

Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy

From Classic Disney shorts

Mickey Mouse and his friends have celebrated the holidays on screen since the early shorts, from Pluto's Christmas Tree (1952) to Mickey's Christmas Carol (1983) and Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas (1999). At Magic Kingdom the gang leads Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade down Main Street, U.S.A.

This silver-toned coin shows the friends bundled up in scarves and hats around a decorated tree. The back has Cinderella Castle in a holly and candy-cane wreath, the same Christmas design as the Pooh coin.

Jack & Sally

Jack Skellington, Sally

From The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)

Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, stumbles into Christmas Town and decides to take over the holiday, with ghoulish results. Sally, a rag doll stitched together by Dr. Finkelstein, sees the trouble coming and is the one who truly understands him. The stop-motion film from Tim Burton and director Henry Selick has become a favorite for both Halloween and Christmas.

This dark-finish coin shows Jack standing behind Sally. It is the only coin in the set with its own back, carrying the film's title lettering instead of the castle.

Front
Dark antique finish; Jack Skellington behind Sally, framed by a spiral hill and Halloween Town details

Pooh & Tigger in the Snow

Winnie the Pooh, Tigger

From Winnie the Pooh (1966 onward)

Winnie the Pooh and Tigger have spent plenty of winters together in the Hundred Acre Wood, from Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day (1968) to Winnie the Pooh: A Very Merry Pooh Year (2002). Pooh is the honey-loving bear of very little brain, and Tigger is the one and only bouncing tiger.

On this silver-toned coin Pooh carries a present through the snow while Tigger bounces along with him. The back has the same Cinderella Castle Christmas wreath as the Mickey & Friends coin.

Merry Stitchmas

Stitch

From Lilo & Stitch (2002)

Stitch, Experiment 626, crash-landed in Hawaii in Lilo & Stitch (2002) and found a family with Lilo. His mischief made him a natural for the holidays, and “Merry Stitchmas” has become a popular theme for his Christmas merchandise.

This gold-toned coin shows Stitch in a Santa suit, holding a small doll, under red “Merry Stitchmas” lettering. It is the only gold coin in the set, and its back is a gold version of the castle Christmas wreath.
